Hong Kong Stock IPO Subscription Guide

Step 1: Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

Log in to the official Stockcoin homepage and hover your cursor over the personal account icon in the top right corner. Select "Identity Verification" from the drop-down menu, then accurately enter your personal identity information as prompted on the page. Submit to complete the verification process.

Step 2: Select an IPO for Subscription

Click on the "IPO" channel in the top navigation bar to browse the list of stocks currently marked as "Available" (Open for Subscription). Once you have chosen your target stock, click "Subscribe", and then click "Subscribe Now" in the confirmation pop-up window.

Step 3: Configure Subscription Parameters

On the subscription information page, please select the following parameters based on your personal asset allocation:

• Select Subscription Method:
• • Cash Subscription: Use your own available funds within your personal account to pay for the subscription in full.
  • Margin Subscription (Leveraged IPO): Borrow a certain percentage of funds to amplify your subscription quota. You can choose different leverage ratios (for example, if you choose a 1:10 margin ratio, you only need to contribute 10% of the total subscription amount).
• Select Subscription Quantity:
• • The typical range available is 1–10 lots. The number of shares per lot (e.g., 100 shares, 150 shares, or 200 shares) varies depending on the specific stock. Please refer to the stock's detail page for specific information.

Step 4: Complete Top-Up Based on Displayed Fees

The page will display the total amount required for your current subscription.

You can also manually calculate it using the following formulas:

Required Margin = (Subscription Lots × Shares per Lot × IPO Price per Share) × Margin Self-Funded Ratio

Total Fee = Required Margin + Margin Interest + Subscription Handling Fee

• Account deposit assets are in USDT, whereas Hong Kong IPO subscriptions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The system will convert this for you based on real-time exchange rates. Please leave a small buffer when topping up.
• Please ensure that your account's available balance is sufficient after the top-up to avoid any issues with subsequent deductions.

Step 5: Complete Subscription and Await Allotment Results
