Super IPO Participation & Token Subscription Rules

Users can use USDT to subscribe during their eligible subscription periods. System allocations will be processed separately based on the user's pool (Whitelist Pool or Public Pool).

  1. Pool Categorization & Eligibility

  • Whitelist Pool: Exclusively open to users who have obtained Stockcoin Whitelist status. The individual subscription cap is 200 Shares.
  • Public Pool: Open to all users who meet the platform’s basic participation criteria. The individual subscription cap is 50 Shares.
  1. Allocation & Refund Mechanism (Calculated Independently per Pool)

When results are announced, the system will apply the following rules based on the final total subscription volume of each pool:

  • Scenario A (Over-subscription):
  • If the total shares subscribed by users in a pool > the total shares allocated to that pool (4,000 Shares), the system will implement a pro-rata allocation (partial fulfillment) and refund the unsubscribed portion of USDT.
    • Successfully Subscribed Tokens (Shares) = (Individual Subscribed Shares / Total Shares Subscribed in the Pool) × Total Shares Allocated to the Pool
    • Value of Successfully Subscribed Tokens = Successfully Subscribed Tokens × 152 USDT
    • USDT Refund Amount = Total Individual Invested Amount - Value of Successfully Subscribed Tokens
  • Scenario B (Under-subscription):
  • If the total shares subscribed by users in a pool the total shares allocated to that pool (4,000 Shares), Stockcoin will, based on actual participation, choose either to proceed with issuing the tokens to participating users or to fully refund the users' subscription fees.
Subscription Lock-up:
Once a user submits a subscription, the committed USDT will be locked and frozen until the token delivery phase is completed.

Trading and Subsequent Processing

Upon completion of the subscription, the allocated POLY assets will be distributed to users' accounts during the delivery period. Once the assets are distributed, users can buy or sell them after trading officially opens, or handle them in subsequent phases according to project rules. Specific arrangements are subject to the project page and relevant updates.
