After you submit a valid subscription order, the corresponding funds will be frozen and retained in your account until the IPO subscription campaign result is determined. During the freeze period, frozen funds may not be used for trading, transfers, or withdrawals. The freeze period begins when the order is submitted and ends at the earlier of: (i) announcement of the IPO allocation results and release of unallocated funds; or (ii) cancellation of this campaign according to the applicable product terms, in which case all frozen funds will be unfrozen and returned to your available balance within five (5) business days. As long as Stockcoin.ai complies with this clause, Stockcoin.ai is not responsible for any opportunity cost or loss arising from funds being frozen during the freeze period.
The final IPO offering price, total platform allocation, and allocation rules are subject to final confirmation by the underwriter. Stockcoin.ai does not guarantee any specific allocation result, offering price, or offering size. The final terms are determined entirely by the underwriter and are not controlled by Stockcoin.ai. Stockcoin.ai's role is limited to assisting users with the subscription process on their behalf.
The final subscription price will be determined by the underwriter and may differ from the expected subscription price displayed when you submitted your subscription application.
Only participants who have completed individual identity verification Lv.1 or corporate verification are eligible to participate in this campaign. By participating in this campaign, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, resident in, or otherwise part of any restricted country or region. You acknowledge that Stockcoin.ai is entitled to rely on this representation; if it is untrue, it constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, and Stockcoin.ai may immediately suspend or terminate your access and revoke or cancel any subscription order submitted in violation of this restriction.
All participating users must strictly comply with the Stockcoin.ai Terms of Service. For participants who engage in any dishonest or abusive conduct during the campaign, including but not limited to registering accounts in bulk to obtain additional rewards, or any conduct related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, Stockcoin.ai reserves the right to disqualify them. Disqualified users may lose their subscription orders, related interests, or allocation eligibility, and related transactions may be frozen or revoked. Except as otherwise provided in the dispute resolution mechanism below, Stockcoin.ai's determination of whether conduct is dishonest or abusive is final.
Stockcoin.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendment will be notified to participants through in-site notice or other methods Stockcoin.ai considers appropriate, and the amended terms will take effect from the date of notice. Your continued participation in the campaign after receiving notice will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. For avoidance of doubt, any amendment that adversely affects existing rights of participating users, including reducing promised refund rights or changing the allocation mechanism after a subscription order has been submitted, will not have retroactive effect and will not apply to orders submitted before the amendment takes effect.
If there is any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Stockcoin.ai's interpretation, as the drafter and operator of this campaign, should receive reasonable consideration, but will not constitute a final or binding interpretation in any judicial or arbitration proceeding. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be handled according to the dispute resolution clauses below. Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully valid and enforceable.
